Diaper Dawgs Review

I recently got the chance to try Diaper Dawgs! Now, if you have done diaper laundry and go "ew ew ew!" when pulling out inserts then boy, do you need to keep reading!  Diaper Dawgs are like a mini version of silicone mitts, but for handling your soiled diaper inserts.  If your stash mostly consists of pockets or all-in-twos, then you know you have to manually remove the inserts.  These little dawgs are here to help!  You slip them on over your fingers and viola! You don't have to worry about your fingers touching the insert, and you know how soiled they can get.

When it's laundry day for pockets, I usually hold the diaper upside down (with the pocket opening towards the bottom) and I shake the insert out into the washer.  Okay, now picture that... I know it made you laugh.  I have thought to my self there has to be another way to do this.  There are some day when I so do not look forward to laundry day.  Sometimes the thought of pulling out cold, soiled inserts, makes me shudder ::shudder::

Now after using them for couple weeks, I just slip these on and pull out inserts with no problem.  If it's a messy soiled diaper I use both, with one dawg holding the diaper and the other pulling out the insert.  They really fit well and stay on, they don't slip off.  I do find myself reaching out for them when rinsing out soiled diapers. It does make it easier. 

These are easy to clean you can wash with warm soapy water or put them in a steamer bag and pop in microwave to sterilize.  So... if you don't like touching I suggest you go and pick up some dawgs of your own.
